Music video for the exam in Audiovisual Language and Techniques
I am pleased to present the music video project I made for the exam of the "Audiovisual Language and Techniques" course at the Trentino Art Academy. This project represented a creative and technical challenge, allowing me to explore various aspects of video production, from planning to post-production.
Conception and planning
The first step was to come up with the concept and identify the theme of the music video. I created a detailed storyboard to visualize each scene and identify the specific needs for filming. Next, I found the perfect location, the "Le Muse" theater in Laives (BZ), which provided an evocative environment for filming.
Shooting and Audio Production
The video footage was shot using my Canon EOS Mark II 6D, which allowed me to achieve high image quality. I also recorded the music track to use as the audio base, ensuring it was perfectly synced with the images to create a harmonious connection between sound and vision.
Editing and Color Correction
The editing was done on Adobe Premiere Pro, a software chosen for its versatility and advanced editing options. I applied color correction to enhance the atmosphere of the video and ensure that each scene reflected the aesthetic vision of the project. Every detail of the editing was taken care of to offer an immersive and professional visual experience.
Final Result
This music video project was a unique educational and creative experience. The final result is a harmonious and technically refined video, which reflects both the skills acquired during the course and my passion for audiovisual language.
